A developer has launched a public consultation on a residential development west of the A6, Slyne Road, Bolton-le-Sands. Residents are invited to view the proposals and submit feedback. Consultation opens 28th April 2025.

Overview
A developer, Wrenman Strategic Land, is progressing plans for an outline planning application for up to 250 new homes on land to the west of the A6 (Slyne Road) in Bolton-le-Sands.
A public consultation has now opened, inviting feedback from the local community.
Residents neighbouring the site will receive a consultation leaflet by post during the week commencing 28th April 2025.
The Parish Council has been asked to share this consultation information to help ensure that all residents have the opportunity to review and comment on the proposals.
