St Michaels Lane and St Michaels Crescent will be closed to traffic on Friday 20th June 2025 from 09:30 to 15:30 for fibre cabling works.

Temporary Road Closure: St Michaels Lane and St Michaels Crescent, Bolton-le-Sands
Lancashire County Council has made an order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on St Michaels Lane and St Michaels Crescent, Bolton-le-Sands, on Friday 20th June 2025 between 09:30 and 15:30.
The closure is required to allow engineers to safely access existing telegraph poles for fibre cabling works on behalf of Openreach.
Roads affected:
- St Michaels Lane (from A6 Bye-pass Road to Coniston Road)
- St Michaels Crescent (from St Michaels Lane to its end)
Access:
- Vehicular access for residents and emergency services will be maintained where possible.
- Pedestrian access to properties will be maintained at all times.
Diversion route:
- St Michaels Lane – A6 Bye-pass Road – Mill Lane – Sunnybank Road – St Michaels Lane (and vice versa).
